Jon Tester is an American politician serving as the senior United States Senator from Montana, in office since 2007. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Tester was first elected to the Senate in 2006, defeating Republican incumbent Conrad Burns in one of the closest Senate races of that year. He won reelection in 2012 against U.S. Representative Denny Rehberg in another close race. Tester was previously the president of the Montana Senate and worked as a music teacher and farmer. He became the senior Senator in 2014 following Max Baucus's departure. He is currently the dean of the Montana congressional delegation.
Steven David Daines is an American entrepreneur and politician serving as the junior United States Senator from Montana since 2015. He previously was the U.S. Representative for Montana's at-large congressional district from 2013 to 2015. In the 2014 midterm election, he won an open seat, defeating Democrat Amanda Curtis.
Sworn into Congress in 2017, Greg serves on the House Committee on Natural Resources and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform (OGR). Greg is chairman of OGR’s Subcommittee on Interior, Energy, and Environment.
